During their one hour show, they played a lot of their top 40
hits including.....
"Where Were You When I Needed You"
"Midnight Confessions"
"Temptation Eyes"
Abbey Road Band was privileged to open for the Grass Roots, and played
45 minutes of Beatles songs for the capacity audience at the Rushmore
Plaza Civic Center Theater.
We were very well received by the crowd that night, and we told them
that if they would like to hear more Beatles music "LIVE", they should
come out to Tin Lizzie in Deadwood....we perform there one Saturday
evening
each month this year...many said they would be there!!
Our thanks to everyone who came out to see us, to the members
of the Grass Roots for their support, and to the staff of the Civic Center for all their help.
